DNA form together with proteins and fibres to establishes the three main macromolecules essential for all recognized forms of life. This structure of DNA usually build four types of nitrogen bases, e.g. the adenine (A), thymine (T), guanine (G) and cytosine (C). The DNA double helix structure have a similarity of a ladder, the phosphate and sugar molecules would be the sides, while the bases would be the rungs. In the progress of the bases one strand pair can connect with the centers on another strand, e.g. the adenine pairs with thymine, and guanine pairs with cytosine.
